Constitution
Establishes a Republic with 3 separate branches of government each with limited powers.
The Constitution exists to protect the Rights outlined in the Declaration of Independence.
It creates a relatively weak federal government with very limited powers.
Bill of Rights
Further restricts the federal government’s authority over the people.
Our Rights as Americans DO NOT COME FROM THE BILL OF RIGHTS.
They come from the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God.
The are inalienable and belong to us as sovereign individuals.
