Constitution

Establishes a Republic with 3 separate branches of government each with limited powers.

The Constitution exists to protect the Rights outlined in the Declaration of Independence.

It creates a relatively weak federal government with very limited powers.

Bill of Rights

Further restricts the federal government’s authority over the people.

Federal Government in 2025

Is NOT operating constitutionally and thus is unAmerican.
